Order Cancellation:

We understand mistakes happen, and are eager to make your buying experience simple and pleasant.  If we haven’t shipped your product, or begun to manufacture a custom machine, we’ll be happy to cancel your order.

In the event an order has shipped, but has not been delivered, there might be charges involved.  If we offered free freight on a product, we will probably charge for the cost of shipping the product.  If there are any unexpected fees, such as return freight, or shipment cancellation fees, will will probably charge those fees.

Exchanges:

We try our best to ensure customers buy the product they need the first time.  When necessary, exchanges are approved on a per-case basis, by Portable Cooling Systems.  Please CONTACT US and let us know about your problem.  Charges may be levied, such as original freight, return freight, re-packaging or occasionally re-stocking fees.  Portable Cooling Systems, Inc. reserves the right to deny any request for exchange.
